Our 2 outdoor courts are located within Broxbourne Sports Club. Courts are open to all with special benefits for Game4Padel members and Broxbourne Padel Club members. Membership starts from £6.50 month only! Floodlights are free.

How to book a court? - Watch video
- Pick date, starting time & court. Press on the date you which to book a court. Broxbourne Padel Club members can book 14 days in advance, Game4Padel members can book 10 days in advance and non members 7 days in advance. Press on the time and court you wish to play on.
- Reduce court cost. Add playing partners email addresses to reduce the cost of the booking if they are Broxbourne Padel Club or Game4Padel members.
- Confirm & Pay. Confirm your booking by choosing your preferred payment method.
- Booking confirmation. All players added to your booking will receive an email confirmation which can be added to your calendar.

About (Coach) Olly
About Alan
Alan Beesley is a qualified PadelMBA Instructor and accredited LTA coach with a background in tennis. After playing padel in Spain many years ago, he eagerly anticipated the sport's arrival in the UK. With the first courts appearing in Hertfordshire in 2022, he immediately became hooked on padel. Alan believes that students progress faster and gain a deeper understanding of the game by comprehending the 'why' and 'how', which is often overlooked in some typical coaching methods. Understanding that many of us are visual learners, Alan incorporates video analysis into his coaching, utilising recordings and playbacks to illustrate what's working well and what needs improvement. By demonstrating examples of how professional players execute certain shots, he provides students with a clear reference for comparison and improvement.

Intermediate Lesson
An intermediate player has been playing padel for some time and has a solid understanding of the game. They’re comfortable with the walls and know the basics of defending and attacking from an improver level. In any lesson, we’ll focus on effectively playing the bandeja, chiquita, volleying and crafting points. These sessions will incorporate more point-based elements and scenarios to enhance gameplay and teamwork.

Improver Lesson - need prior experience
These lessons are for players who can already play padel. Please contact Olly Welsby if you have any uncertainty. An improver player can maintain a rally against their opponent. They typically have excellent hand-eye coordination and likely originated from another racket sport or progressed from beginner lessons. While they possess good hand-eye coordination improvers are still relatively new to game of padel and its tactics. In these lessons we’ll focus becoming more comfortable with the walls and integrating them into our points. Most importantly we will be looking at how to defend and attack effectively in padel.

Beginner Lesson
A beginner means that you are completely new to padel or have no/limited experience of other racket sports.
Padel lessons for beginners teach you how to form rallies against your opponent. You’ll learn both your forehand and backhand and the basics of serve, volley and return. These sessions build the skills needed to play points independently with friends and family.
