Badminton
Sportgolv. Endast skor utan svart sula får användas. Max fyra spelare per bana.
Bordtennis och Minitennis
Spelas endast badmintonbana 5. Ni rullar ut ett bordtennisbord, eller sätter upp minitennisnät. Båda bokas under ”Bordtennis”. Ta undan bord/höj upp nät när er speltid är slut.
Tennis
Frescati Sports Centers tennisbana är på en golvmatta som även används för andra idrotter. Golvet har alltså inte en beläggning som finns i traditionella tennishallar, utan det är ett traditionellt sporthallsgolv.
Innebandy
Spelas i A- och B-hall. Sarg finns, mål i tre olika storlekar. Bokas under ”Övrigt”.
Basket / Fotboll / Volleyboll
Spelas i E-hall. Bokas under "Övrigt"

Frescati Series: Badminton - Doubles
- Period: 11 May 2024 - 16 June 2024
- Price: 400 SEK
Frescati Series: Badminton - Doubles continues with a spring edition! The Double series starts on Saturday 11 th of May 2024. End date is set to 16th of June. If you want to finish the series earlier you can always re-schedule games and play more than one match per week. If you and a friend are interested in participating in the coming series, register below :-)

- All matches are played in Frescati Sports Center.
- All double teams are divided into divisions with 4-5 teams in each division. It´s a mixed series (both women and men)
- The cost per series is SEK 400 / team, which includes the rental cost for the court during the games (3-4 matches during a series round).
- Your team will play one game against each team in your division, about 1 match/week for 4-5 weeks.
- Regular playing times are scheduled on Sat-Sun (early morning and late evening hours). Extra times are available (usually mon-fri morning, lunch time and early afternoon) if a match time does not work.
- All teams are responsible for always bringing shuttles and other equipment to each game. You can rent racket and buy shuttles in our reception.
- The winning team in each group / division receives a prize in the form of two free hours of badminton (worth up to SEK 500).
- Registration is binding

You will need to choose your skill level when signing up, these are the levels:
1. Have never held a badminton racket.
2. Beginners. I´m learning the basics of badminton.
3. Beginners advanced. Know the basics of the game and can manage backhand and forehand strokes. Masters the rules.
4. Leisure player. Played for a while and know the basics well. Can have pace in the game and use the whole court, but does not play consistently.
5. Average. Have played a couple of years and, even if I´m not a super talent, I can play the ball many times over the net and feel comfortable on the court.
6. Average advanced. As level 5 but can determine points with smashes and short strokes. More consistent and more control than level 5.
7. Experienced. Can defend and turn the game against the opponent. Can play backhand without obstacles and get the length of the ball. Has fast footwork. In addition to matches, I have started with specific badminton exercises.
8. Skillful. Master all the technical and tactical parts of the game. Can read the game and use different tactical elements depending on the opponent. I´m probably among the best players in my area and practice badminton regularly, probably with coaches/training.
9. Expert. Masters the game at senior elite level and can play national competitions with good results.
10. I´m a top player in my country.
