Just 4 miles from Melton Mowbray, Padel Mews features two indoor padel courts with free parking on site. We’ve got coffee and water machines to keep you fuelled, and all your games and match stats can be viewed on your phone after play via the Matchi app.
We’re open daily from 7am to 10pm. Racquets and balls are free to use during your session.
CCTV is in operation for everyone’s safety, so play fair and be kind.

About Jack
Hi Everyone, I’m Jack a LTA qualified Padel coach based in the UK and with coaching a playing experience across United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia, I have spent the past two years fully immersed in the world of padel—both as a player and a coach.
Bringing a strong foundation from a professional football background, I combine high-level athletic understanding with a passion for developing others on court.
My coaching philosophy is simple but impactful: help players improve, ensure they enjoy every session, and build a strong, connected community around the sport.
Whether working with beginners picking up a racket for the first time or more advanced players refining their game, the focus is always on creating an environment that is both supportive and challenging.
Beyond coaching, I am actively involved in growing the padel scene by hosting events and tournaments, giving players regular opportunities to compete, connect, and be part of something bigger. Keep an eye out for upcoming events—they’re designed not just to compete, but to bring people together through the game.

About Owen
I have played padel for 10 years after discovering the sport in Madeira and have previously trained with the GB junior squad for a couple of years. I am a PadelMBA certified padel coach and am accredited to the LTA with just over 2 years of padel coaching experience, having recently coached the Loughborough Students Padel Club to finish 2nd and 3rd place nationally for the women's and men's teams respectively. I can offer 1-to-1 or group sessions for all abilities, and have previously run workshop-style sessions focussing on a specific aspect of the game!

Richard Wilson is an experienced rqt Coach having worked in sport for over 25 years.
Over the last 18 months he has used his knowledge of FUNdementals and technique to work with players starting out in Padel. He has been instrumental in building the Coaching company R2R and has mentored many of the Coaches he works with . Richard is the ideal coach for anyone wanting to learn the basics whilst having some fun
Richard is also happy to offer individual/small group lessons at most times during the week for technical help, and is also very happy to do 'play with coach sessions' to work on shot selection and court positioning.

AMERCIANO session with Dale
Americano is one of the most popular and social formats in padel, perfect for mixing competition with fun. Instead of sticking with the same partner, players rotate after each short match, teaming up with different people and facing a variety of opponents throughout the session. Matches are usually played to a fixed number of points (often 16 or 24), and every single point you win is added to your individual score—so consistency matters just as much as winning games.
What makes Americano special is its balance: beginners get the chance to play alongside stronger players, while experienced players must adapt quickly to new partners and styles. The format keeps everyone involved, creates a lively atmosphere, and removes the pressure of traditional match play.
