Intro To Padel - Group Training
Level: 1 - 2.5Perfect for players completely new to padel. Learn the basic rules, scoring, court positioning and how the walls work, while getting plenty of time hitting the ball and playing simple points. The session is designed to get you comfortable on court and ready to play.
A structured group session combining coaching, ball-feeding and match play. The group is split across 1 singles court and 1 doubles court, with players rotating every 20 minutes so everyone gets time working with the coach and playing points.
