Adam originally from the UK has coached padel at numerous clubs around Australia and has worked with many coaches - including a former top 10 player in the world, having coached different sports for over 20 years - Adam’s coaching experience shows on courts, he breaks things down so it’s understandable and works to your best learning methods, combining padel techniques and strategies so you can become the best version of you on court.

From the rugby field to the padel court, Nige’s journey is a testament to dedication, adaptability, and high-performance sport. A former professional athlete, he played rugby league for the South Sydney Rabbitohs (1995-98) and rugby union for Randwick and the Waratahs (1999-2000) before transitioning into a successful 20-year career in financial services across Australia and London.

 

Representing Australia in the 2024 Masters Padel World Championships in Spain and competing regularly on the Aussie Padel Tour, Nige combines elite athletic experience with an extensive background in functional movement and coaching. As a Padel MBA-qualified international coach, he brings a strategic, results-driven approach to training, ensuring his players—from beginners to competitors—achieve their goals while embracing the unique culture of padel.

    Sharpen your game with our special anniversary coaching clinics, running throughout the evening.

    This is not a standard coaching session. For the first time, we are running a more focused technical and tactical clinic format, featuring four themed courts led by four of Padel Brisbane’s best coaches.

    Players will rotate through the courts, with each coach focusing on a different part of the game. This gives you the chance to work on multiple areas in one high-quality session.

    Players will also be grouped by standard on each court, ensuring the coaching is relevant, challenging, and suited to your level.

    It is the perfect opportunity to improve your skills, meet other members, and be part of the anniversary celebrations.

    Looking for fun, competitive games at the right level?

    Our Rookie+ to Intermediate Americana is designed for players who are building confidence, improving consistency and wanting more match play in a social, welcoming environment.

    This session is aimed at Rookie+, Low Intermediate and Intermediate players, creating balanced games where players can enjoy competitive rallies, meet others and continue developing their match play.

    What is an Americana?
    An Americana is a fun match-play format where you rotate partners and opponents throughout the session, giving you the chance to play with lots of different players.

    Each round is played to a total of 16 points, with every player serving 4 points each, making it fair, simple and easy to follow. Once the round is finished, players rotate and play with a new partner against different opponents.

    Across the 1.5-hour session, you’ll get plenty of match play, experience different playing styles, and build confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

    What to expect:

    ✅ Rotate partners and opponents
    ✅ Short competitive rounds to 16 points
    ✅ Everyone serves 4 points each round
    ✅ Great match-play experience at the right level
    ✅ Friendly, social atmosphere

    Limited to 18 players to help maintain match quality, good rotations and plenty of court time.
