Välkommen till SATS Hovås!
I februari så öppnade vi vårt helt nya gym med tre högklassiga padelbanor inomhus.
Racket finns att hyra och bollar finns att köpa i receptionen.
På SATS tror vi på att kombinera Padel med styrke-/konditionsträning och därför har vi på SATS Hovås valt att bygga dem i samma lokal. När du spelar Padel hos oss så har du även tillgång till både gym och omklädningsrum.

If you want to improve your playability in padel, if you want to learn new shots and how to put them into practice, I´m here to help you. All levels are welcome, from beginners to experienced players.
For you to have some knowledge about me, here is my background as a padel coach.
CERTIFICATIONS
- CCC-Level 1 Competitive Coaching Course (International Professional)
- PRO-Level 2 COACH (Advanced)
Two courses completed at Registro Profesional de Padel (RPP) with DANIEL DIOS as padel instructor in both courses.
Training programs delivered by the online platform "padel MBA" carried out by Manu Martín.
From kids programs ----> to high level players.
From technique skills ---> to tactic movements on court.
From injury prevention ---> to injury recover.
EXPERIENCE
I've worked at Padel Center Goteborg, Padel Center Delsjön and PDL Mölnlycke during my 2 years of contract with them.
Feel very welcome to join, you won´t regret it.
