She grew up immersed in the sport, developing a deep understanding of the game from an early age.

Training with Jani
Train with Jan-Henrik Melbø. He is 26 years old, and he has been playing padel for 7 years. With a solid background in national tournaments in Norway, he has been ranked as high as number 7 in the country. He holds a coaching certification from the Padel Coaches Registry Level 1 (PCR) and he has been coaching for the past 4 years.
His training sessions are characterized by high quality and a strong focus on both technical and tactical development. He emphasize creating realistic game scenarios during exercises, helping you transfer what you learn directly into match situations. Creativity is an essential part of his coaching philosophy, and he enjoy developing new, varied drills that challenge both skills and mindset.
Additionally, he likes to incorporate high-intensity exercises to simulate the physical demands of a real match. This helps improve both decision-making under pressure and overall endurance on the court.
Whether you are a beginner or an experienced player, he wilI tailor the training to your level and goals to ensure the most effective development. Book a session with Jani if you want a motivating, varied, and result-oriented training experience.
A private lesson can be shared between you and up to 3 other players (550 DKK + 50 DKK per extra player), so 4 players is maximum.

Yard winners is for women and men at level 2.6–3.0. Not suitable for beginners or players under this level.

The winners in the final game gets a free drink/coffee!
We start with a quick warm-up, then we play games of 22 minutes. We count games.
Winners move up and losers move down.
You’ll get new partners in every round, so you meet different players. Starting court is based on level and participants.
This activity is perfect for the player who wants to play an intense format with fun matches at an intermediate level (2.6-3.0), with both men and women.
The social part:
Joining the Winner's court means joining the Padel Yard community. A friendly chat and a coffee after the matches are usual among participants. The activity is a fantastic opportunity to meet new people and discover potential padel partners.

- Cancel via MATCHi at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund
- If cancelling less than 48 hours before: please still unregister so we can find a replacement

Er du 60+, og har lyst til at være aktiv sammen med andre seniorer? Så er seniorpadel sikkert lige noget for dig. Denne aktivitet er for alle niveauer - det er ikke afgørende om man har prøvet padel før. Det er det derimod, at du har lyst til at være aktiv og social med andre seniorer i halvanden time. Efter kampen er en kop kaffe fra vores hyggelige café inkluderet i prisen. Vi glæder os meget til at se jer i Jernbanebyen til seniorpadel.

Starting a new sport can feel intimidating, especially when you don’t know who to play with.
This activity is designed to help you start padel in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, meet new people 🤝, and build confidence on court. You’ll be welcomed by our friendly host, and a professional coach will be present to watch the games and offer tips (please note that this is not a training session).
After the games, we continue off-court with pizza and a beer 🍕🍺, giving everyone a chance to connect, chat and enjoy the social side of the sport.

Let’s kick off the year with some fun matches and good vibes!
Join us on Friday, January 9th, from 18:00 to 20:00 at Padel Yard Jernbanebyen for a fun and social session for First Division Lunar-level players!
This time, we’ll mix things up: you’ll face the girls you face at the Lunar League instead of just your usual teammates.
It's gonna be AMERICANO formar with fixed partner (you’re welcome to sign up with a partner or individually in case you don't have - we'll pair you up).
To celebrate the new year, this session includes food and your first drink, so we can enjoy some social time together after the game!
