🌦️ Rain cancellation policy
Weather forecasts can change quickly. If heavy rain makes play impractical, we will provide a full refund, so there is no need to cancel a booking well in advance due to an uncertain forecast. Light drizzle does not usually qualify for cancellation. If weather turns bad after the normal 8-hour cancellation window has passed, please call or text 040 588 2002 and we'll review the situation together.
