Padel afternoon session for Seniors
Padel & Pickleball is a sports and physical activity programme open to anyone aged 40+, providing opportunities for participants to play a new sport that increases and sustains healthy levels of exercise. A session with Instructors George or Tom who will guide you through fun drills and exercises, ending up with a few matches.

In this Padel training session, players repeatedly practice Padel shots with basket feeds, until they perfect their technique. The session includes training games and ends with a practice game to apply the skills learned.
