About Gillian
Gillian McIlroy – Head Padel Coach
Gillian brings over 20 years of coaching experience, with an extensive background in tennis coaching and a real passion for helping players develop their game.
Since making the move into padel, Gillian has competed at a high level, representing Scotland at the Four Nations and being part of the team that won the Scottish Cup in 2026.
Gillian loves coaching players of all levels, from complete beginners picking up a racket for the first time to experienced players looking to develop their technique, positioning and match play. For her, one of the best parts of coaching is seeing players grow in confidence, improve their game and, most importantly, enjoy playing padel.
Private coaching sessions are also available and can be booked by contacting Gillian directly.

About Ross
Ross Duncan – Padel Coach
Ross brings extensive coaching experience across a range of sports through his background as a PE teacher, giving him a strong understanding of how to help players learn, develop and get the best out of their game.
A strong padel player himself, Ross is currently ranked No. 12 in Scotland and reached the semi-finals of the Scottish Cup, bringing plenty of competitive playing experience into his coaching.
Ross enjoys working with players of all levels, from complete beginners learning the game to more experienced players looking to improve their technique, positioning, tactics and match play. His coaching is focused on helping every player reach their potential, build confidence and enjoy their time on court.
