About Mark
Mark has a love for racket sports, having played Tennis and Beach Tennis across South West England all his life. He has been involved in coaching community participation projects as a sports coach for over 17 years.
Mark is a Padel MBA Certified coach and works with complete beginners to competitive players across London.
"I enjoy working with all ages and abilities, seeing the process of development in both technique and tactical understanding of the game, as well as enjoyment."

About Valdir
I am a passionate padel and tennis coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. My sporting background started in competitive tennis, which gave me a strong understanding of player development, technique, tactics, and match performance.
Alongside coaching, I have a strong academic background in sport. I hold a degree in Sports Science, a Master’s in Physiology Applied to Exercise, and I am currently completing a PhD in Sport Sciences. I am also a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach, working with professional athletes to improve movement, fitness, performance, and injury prevention.
I offer private padel lessons and group sessions for players of different levels, focusing on technique, tactics, movement, and confidence on court.
Whether you are new to padel or looking to take your game to the next level, I aim to create a structured, enjoyable, and performance-focused environment to help you improve.

Beginners to improver Social competition 90mins
Level: 3 - 4.5A relaxed social for players still building up confidence in padel. Great way to meet new players and play games with the coach leading. Player will team up into pairs and play against another team; Games played to the best of 16 points. The coach will assist with rules and give tips to help make it fun. Each round players will rotate in and out, so everyone plays.
