Anthony is an LTA-accredited Level 2 padel coach & a top 500 men’s player in the UK. He is passionate about helping players of all levels develop their game, build strong fundamentals, refine technique, and improve tactical understanding on court.

I am a passionate padel and tennis coach with over 10 years of coaching experience. My sporting background started in competitive tennis, which gave me a strong understanding of player development, technique, tactics, and match performance.
Alongside coaching, I have a strong academic background in sport. I hold a degree in Sports Science, a Master’s in Physiology Applied to Exercise, and I am currently completing a PhD in Sport Sciences. I am also a qualified Strength and Conditioning Coach, working with professional athletes to improve movement, fitness, performance, and injury prevention.
I offer private padel lessons and group sessions for players of different levels, focusing on technique, tactics, movement, and confidence on court.
Whether you are new to padel or looking to take your game to the next level, I aim to create a structured, enjoyable, and performance-focused environment to help you improve.

Introduction to Padel Part 2
Līmenis: 1ompleted your Intro to Padel session? This is the perfect next step.
We'll build on the fundamentals you covered in Part 1 and help you feel more confident on the court.
This session focuses on developing effective forehand and backhand volley technique, as well as introducing key matchplay tips, including court positioning, movement with your partner, and when to attack or defend.
Rackets and balls provided. See you on court!
