How to Book a Court
Choose a Date, Time & Court
Select the date, starting time, and court you'd like to book. Members can book up to 20 days in advance, while non-members can book up to 7 days in advance.Reduce Court Costs
Add the email addresses of your playing partners during booking. If they are members, this will reduce the cost of the booking.Confirm & Pay
Finalize your booking by selecting your preferred payment method.Receive Booking Confirmation
Once confirmed, all players included in your booking will receive an email confirmation, which can be added to their calendars.
Important:
Each customer is allowed a maximum of 6 upcoming bookings at any time.

Important Note: By signing up for the monthly option, you agree to a 12-month minimum membership and waive your right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Court Pricing
Court Pricing:
Padel Courts £60/hour per court
For example, if you had 4 players you pay
- Members: £11/hour
- Non-members £15/hour
Pickleball Courts £20/hour per court
For example, if you had 4 players you pay
- Members £3/hour
- Non-members £5/hour
Note: Using the MATCHi split fee option adds a £0.25 fee per player.
General Policies:
- Player Absences: The Padel Yard is not responsible for players who do not show up for scheduled games. This is a matter to be resolved between the players themselves.
- Refunds: To receive a refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance, in accordance with our cancellation policy.
- Weather Cancellations: There are no refunds or rescheduling for rain-related cancellations. The courts are all-weather turf. Refunds will only be issued in cases of severe weather (thunder and lightning).
Event Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 20 days or more before the event date: Full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 20 days but more than 5 days before the event date: 50% charge.
- Cancellations made 5 days or less before the event date: 100% charge.
- Waterlogged courts beyond our control will receive credit towards their next booking upon emailing support.

PADEL YARD WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
By making any booking or attending the club would automatically agree to the following terms:
1. Acknowledgment of Risks
• I understand that playing padel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, muscle strain, and, in extreme cases, serious injury or even death.
• I acknowledge that The Padel Yard’s flooring may be uneven in places and accept the associated risks.
• I confirm that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would make participation unsafe. If I have concerns, I will consult a doctor before playing.
2. Assumption of Risk & Waiver of Liability
• I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in padel and my presence at The Padel Yard.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, I waive, release, and discharge any claims against The Padel Yard, its owners, employees, and agents for injury, illness, death, property loss, or damage that may arise from my participation.
• I understand that nothing in this waiver limits my legal rights in cases of negligence that cannot be excluded under UK law.
3. Venue Rules & Safety Compliance
• I agree to follow all posted signs, venue rules, and staff instructions to ensure my safety and that of others.
• I will not enter restricted or staff-only areas within the venue.
• I will supervise any children I bring at all times and will not allow them to play without an accompanying adult.
4. Alcohol & Responsible Play
• I understand that alcohol is served at The Padel Yard and take full responsibility for my consumption.
• I will not play padel while intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
5. Parking & Personal Property Disclaimer
• I acknowledge that parking is provided free of charge but at my own risk. The Padel Yard is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage to vehicles or personal belongings.
6. Emergency Medical Consent
• In case of injury or illness, I consent to first aid being administered and, if necessary, for The Padel Yard staff to seek medical attention on my behalf.
• I understand that the venue is not liable for any emergency care provided in good faith.
7. Minors & Parental Consent
• Participants under 18 years old must have this waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.
• By signing on behalf of a minor, the parent/guardian accepts all terms of this waiver for the child.

Joe is an enthusiastic and outgoing Padel and Tennis Coach in South West London. With a love for all things racket based he quickly became fixed on padel.
With previous experience at the NTC where he is heavily involved in community and inclusive Padel/Tennis he enjoys working with all types of players. He likes to focus on developing your tactical understanding of the game accompanied by technical improvements.

Jon has been playing padel since 2016, and coaching padel for the past five years. Before returning to the UK, Jon spent four years coaching in Spain, bringing a range of padel experience having worked with complete beginners to the game as well as competition players. Jon teaches beginners, intermediate and advanced group sessions, and is available for private sessions on request.

Tietoja Karen
Karen is a Padel MBA Certified and LTA Level 1 Padel Coach, she has been coaching Padel since 2017, she has represented Great Britain in both the World and European Padel Championships from 2016 to 2019, with Great Britain placing 3rd in Europe in 2019 and is currently in the British team for 2023.
Karen has been with us at Game4Padel since 2021 running our Brighton club, as well as assisting with new venue openings and events. She is also based at other prestigious venues including The Hurlingham Club, The National Tennis Centre and Queens Club in West London.
Karen is passionate about coaching padel and has a niche for being able to coach players of all ages and abilities, enabling them to improve and play with confidence.

Matt is a Padel MBA Certified Head Coach. In 2019 he was introduced to Padel in Argentina where it is considered a national sport and he has been hooked ever since!
After playing and coaching both tennis and football for over 20 years he is now working across Game4Padel venues sharing his knowledge and love of Padel to everyone from those just starting out learning the basics to advanced players looking to take their game to the next level.
Matt's mission is to bring a slice of Argentinian Padel culture and community to The Padel Yard. Vamos!
