Welcome to Cluny Activities!
Located between Kirkcaldy and Glenrothes we're built for players of every level, from your very first rally to competitive league play. Our 3 covered padel courts mean you can play year-round, whatever the weather, and with on-site parking it's easy to pull up and get straight on court.
Whether you're bringing friends for a casual game, training with a coach, or joining one of our leagues, you'll find a warm, welcoming atmosphere here.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your booking if you need to hire equipment. Rackets and balls can be hired from the Golf Centre reception — £3 for a racket, or £5 for a racket and a sleeve of balls. Balls are also available to purchase separately.

Intro to Padel
Level: 1 - 2.5Never picked up a padel racket? This relaxed session is the perfect starting point. Our coach will walk you through the basics, from how to hold the racket and serve, to the rules and how the glass walls come into play. No experience or equipment needed, just bring trainers and a sense of fun.

Beginners
Level: 2.5 - 5For players who have tried padel once or twice and want to build confidence. We'll work on consistent groundstrokes and more fundamentals tailored to the players participating in each session. A great way to meet other new players at your level.

Improvers
Level: 4.1 - 6Ready to take your game up a notch? This session focuses will be tailored to the players participating and will combine technical and tactical coaching for improver level players. Ideal for regular players who can hold a rally and want to start winning more points.

Ladies Coaching and Coffee
All levelsA relaxed, sociable coached session for women, whether you are new to padel or have played a few times and want to build confidence on court. Our coach Steve will take you through the basics of technique, positioning and scoring, with plenty of time spent rallying and playing.
Includes a free filter coffee or tea, so stay for a chat after you’ve played.
Good to know:
- Maximum 8 players, minimum 4. If fewer than 4 have booked, the session will be cancelled and you’ll be refunded in full.
- With 6 or more players we’ll use two courts, so everyone gets plenty of time on the ball.
- Our courts are covered, so the session goes ahead whatever the weather.

Social Americano
Level: 2 - 10A relaxed, sociable way to meet other players and get plenty of match play. Everyone plays short games with a different partner each round, and you collect points individually, so you’ll play with and against most of the group by the end of the session. Steve will be on hand to organise the rounds and get everyone started.
If we have a wide spread of levels on the day, we’ll switch the format to a Mexicano. It works the same way, but after each round players are matched with others on similar scores, so the games stay close and competitive for everyone.
Good to know:
-14 players, with a minimum of 8 for the session to go ahead.
-Come on your own or with friends, partners are rotated so no need to book as a pair. Two players will sit out every 15 minutes.
-Best suited to players who can rally and know the basic rules. New to padel? Try one of our intro sessions first.
-Covered courts, so it goes ahead whatever the weather.

Mexicano
All levelsPlay with a new partner each round and score individual points. After round one, pairings follow the leader board, so you’ll be matched with players of a similar level as the session goes on. Come solo or with a friend.
