Best on court är både till för nybörjare och de som har spelat ett
tag. Vi tränar motorik, teknik och fotarbete på ett lekfullt sätt.
Best on court finns i olika åldersgrupper och nivåer. Det speciella med denna kurs är att varje barn har en förälder
med sig till varje pass. Föräldern medverkar aktivt på
varje pass och det gör att vi får många ledare på träningarna vilket
höjer kvalitén. Det finns alltid minst en huvudtränare som styr upplägget.
