Welcome to Smash Padel Mid-Sussex, where we aim to be the most welcoming, friendly and supportive place to play padel locally.

Our vibrant community is dedicated to making padel accessible and enjoyable for everyone, whether you're a complete beginner, have played a few times or are a seasoned player.

We offer a range of engaging sessions, including our popular Intro to Padel sessions, designed to help newcomers learn the game in a relaxed and supportive environment. With our experienced coaches, you'll quickly grasp the basics and start playing games. Rackets are always available to hire.

Our courts are outdoor but covered so you can play in all weathers. We are based at Haywards Heath Rugby Club which has a cafe/bar open from 8am - 10pm which also serves lunch and dinner.
